Although much of our competition utilizes general labor on most of their projects to save on cost and increase their profit, our policy is to only use trade-specific installation teams on every project.
Dedicated tradesmen are better equipped and experienced to do the work timely and with far better workmanship.
Unlike our competitors, every Baxter Williams team is led by foremen with more than 20 years of specific industry experience.

Randy W. Baxter
Randy started out as a laborer for a roofing contractor. He quickly moved up to installer and then to a crew leader successfully managing several projects. Randy then joined the team at EMJ where he started pursuing a future as a General Contractor.
Randy traveled the region as a Construction Superintendent working on large-scale hospitality and commercial mixed-use projects. In his role, he oversaw all phases of the construction project including resource coordination, material, and equipment — ensuring that plans and specifications were followed diligently; all work was moving on schedule and budget; and all work was performed with the highest workmanship.
At EMJ, Randy gained extensive knowledge and experience in general construction while building his network of contractors and suppliers. After a few years, he saw a growing need for more diligent, reliable contractors in Cleveland and Greater Chattanooga. So after three years of being on the road, he decided to refocus his effort on the community he calls home.
